Overall, the most recent repair (he has done 4, 2 alone, and 2 with his grandfather with whom he apprenticed- old house), bathroom sink clog that was affecting the entire bathroom, washing machine and kitchen sink line that had been gurgling and oozing black gunk, was assessed within seconds, repaired within minutes, kind, explained why certain tools were needed, had a memory for other repairs done in the past and was utterly professional, casual and responsive.
