Carpet Cleaning
HE DID A GOOD JOB CLEANING THE CARPETS. HOWEVER, HE DIDN'T SHOW WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD. I HAD TO CALL HIM. HE HAD A GOOD EXCUSE, BUT HE WAS STILL LATE. TO MAKE UP FOR BEING LATE HE ADDED SOME CARPET PROTECTION FOR FREE.
