We have had our travertine floor stripped, cleaned and resealed before, but Joe did the best job by far. He is extremely professional, lets you know what to expect and gives you professional tips on how best to maintain the tile. I'll be using him again!

I hired Joe because he was clearly knowledgable and enthusiastic about tile in general and our project in particular. He was personable and pleasant, and communicated clearly. He was not the cheapest option, but I got a clear sense that he would do the best and most thorough job. Once he got partway through the job of replacing old grout in our 1944 kitchen and bathroom, Joe asked for one extra day to address rot and staining he had found. He obviously wanted to do a job he felt was complete, and he didn't charge anything extra for his time. Once he was finished, he walked me through the entire project, showing me how details had turned out and advising me on how to clean the tiles to maintain them. In general, Joe was friendly, courteous, professional, and thorough. I'm confident that I can reach out to him again if I have any issues with the grout, and I recommend him highly.

This property was a rental for 5 years prior to our decision to remodel and move into as our primary residence.
