Are they the cheapest?  No.  Are they the best?  YES.  We've used Isensee before for carpenting, which was installed to our exact specifications (no seams where we didn't want them). We found them after several very disappointing adventures with so-called discount flooring stores.  When it came time for expert advise on new floors, planning, and installation we called them again. You can count on Isensee (Chris Moore was a delight!) for education about the products.  Be assured they don't stock any cut-rate bargains of inferior quality.  Nor will they try to up-sell you.   The work is currently in progress, and the workers are skilled in laying tile.  We're so pleased!  Josh is an amazing tradesman, attending to every detail of the tile layout.  Hishelpers are efficient and professional.  To be honest, we didn't even bother with competitive quotes this time - we just visited Isensee with confidence.

The whole experience was 'painless'.  Once the work was started they were efficient, cleaned up daily and completed the work on time.  Zero complaints!  Their installers are the best!
