Fantastic - there was a minor hiccup on measurements that GW resolved without question. Obviously a quality company with high ethics, will definitely work with them in the future!!

We selected a Hi-Mas Lucca remnant from the back lot, which they cut down to our specification of 62" x 23" with a sink cut-out, 3/8" radius, eased top and bottom and 1" edge. We did the same thing for our 37" countertop and everything was perfect. Received in under 2 weeks. However, due to the excessive length we required, we didn't pay close enough attention to making sure the piece wasn't warped from standing at an angle in the racks of remnants out in the sun. The warpage wasn't insurmountable to fix when my husband installed it, but it required additional work to make it look perfect. Please note that I'm not criticizing GW, but advising anyone buying their product from the remnants to make this part of their inspection.

We went to GW and Brandy showed us our options on colors, shelving and walls/pan. She was extremely patient and cheerful thru-out the entire process from start to finish. We decided on Corian Sandstone for all surfaces, instead of making pan different color and it looks beautiful. Jerry came out and discussed what we would need to do as far as getting the shower area ready for the greenboard installation since we were leaving the rest of our bathroom's greenboard intact. Once we had area demo'd and plumber had installed our new fixture with extended showerhead, Rick came out and did final shower area measurements as well as determine how much space we wanted between the tiers in our shelf insert and where we could place it in our wall since it needs to go between wall studs. Next GW delivered our shower pan, which our plumber had to install as well as hookup the drain. After making sure drain was not leaking, GW came and installed the walls using clear caulk for a seamless look. Also, we had the walls go to the ceiling and as we all know houses are not plumb, they used a trim piece along the top which made it look perfect. Also, the 6and quot; trim along the outside edges solved the and quot;new to oldand quot; greenboard transition. Thanks to Richard everything was coordinated with efficiency since we had to work with our plumber's schedule as well.

He is excellent. He is the best in everything in every way. He is an honest and nice guy. It's a family owned company and it's just great. I dealt with several companies and they were terrible. They are really conscientious and professional. They did a great job and their price is really fair. I was really lucky to find them.

We started by e-mailing GW Surfaces after finding them on the internet. We had quite a few questions and went back and forth a few times. Brandy Gordon in their front office answered every question quickly and thoroughly. We drove over to their workplace and met with Brandy and Kathy to see what kind of remnants they had for our vanity top. They showed us all the left-over pieces and we made our choice and they provided an estimate. We decided to go with them so we drove back and left a drawing with very spcific measurements and a template for the sink cut-out with Richard who would supervise the work. We left a $200 deposit at this time. They finished the job 2 days early (on budget) and we picked up the finished pieces and paid the balance. Everything fit perfectly. It was done exactly as specified. Everyone there was very friendly, very professional, and very willing to patiently explain things to two novice DIYers.
