We are currently serving Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, & Ventura counties. We are design-build contractors specializing in residential, commercial and industrial construction. Including retro-fit, and high-rise building tenant improvement work. We offer commercial and industrial HVAC products & equipment to help ensure your comfort and confidence for indoor air quality around the clock. "Thank you for giving us a review in this platform, and letting out your frustration. Our rate is base per hour/project we are an honest company and try to make things right for our clients. We don't want them to feel like you are feeling, like you were taken for your money...... Just so you know, you didn't pay anything, we never charge your credit card.... You can not expect an HVAC company to compete with the warranty company, they control the pricing for the HVAC Company they hire, no one wants to work for them. I was one of those companies didn't like their structure... no HVAC company can compete with a warranty company, we always tell our clients if you have warranty company go with them, it's just better for the client... NOTE: Every company charges differently. Just like you know.. a Professor gets paid more then Teacher."
