They did a great job, it was perfect. He was very kind, clean and they communicated very well.

They did a good job and cleaned up very well after themselves. They even put a blanket down so there was no dust on the floor. The person that came out to give the estimate was a little standoffish, but everyone else was really good. The price was good for the work they performed and they showed up on time. They finished the job in a reasonable amount of time. They charged more for the heat plate that I could have ordered online for way less and just had them to put it on. They were responsive and always returned my phone calls quickly.

His worker cleaned the chimney and apparently he cleaned the dryer vent at the same time. He then went out to the truck and had his worker hand me a bill for $189 for the chimney and $189 for the dryer with a $78 discount. I questioned the bill and the worker went out to the car to get Mike. When I asked Mike why he did not tell me how much it was to clean the dryer, he got very agitated and said that if I wanted to know, I would have asked. When I explained that I had asked, he got aggressive and started yelling. I told him that this was not professional and asked him to leave.
