"Well [Member Name Removed] its unfortunate that its come to this. We here at GenHawk Construction strive to make our customers happy at every turn but in this case it just seems we fell short no matter how hard we tried. I will say that in 14 years of business you are the only customer who we have fired..... so that should say something. We completed your first bathroom and decided that yes "you complained to much" but it was the manner in which you did it that hurt us and made us decide that we didn't want to take on your second bathroom. We wish you the best of luck when it comes to you second bathroom, and have a great day.
