My concerns are that per the department of transportation that if you request a bottom line charge for the items that are to be moved. They are required to give you the cost of the service. I paid them and they are denying the payment even though it has been cleared through the bank. My first concern is for the weight and charges of the shipment. The second concern is that I will need a refund for the storage facilities for the time that has been lost due to the hesitation in giving a price on the weight and charge of the items. They are basically trying to double charge for the storage.
Description of Work: This is for a monthly storage fee. They are supposed to move me as well and I put down a deposit of $1,500.00.
