Free Range Interior Design is a boutique interior design and interior architecture firm based on the Central Coast of California, in Ventura, CA. With projects throughout the US, our mission at Free Range is to create beautiful, timeless, and cohesive designs unique to our clients and the environment in which we are building. We believe in a process-based design approach through transparency and collaboration with our clients and contractors, providing detailed documentation along the way. We strive to stay away from trends and design sustainably using natural materials and durable, high-quality products to last for generations. Free Range creates homes that are cozy, eclectic, and calming using earthy color palettes, natural textures, and metals that patina beautifully. With Free Range Interior Design, your house will become a home.

Annie is professional and kind, she really listened to my goals for the space making sure its functionality and style were executed to my liking. Her communication throughout the process has been great, updating me the entire time if item delivery dates changed or something was out of stock. Its felt like I am working with a friend.!

Free Range (and its owner Anne Mosites) did a terrific job with my two bedroom apartment. Her vision for creating a comfortable, yet organized design made it a perfect place for me to both work at home, and relax. Anne also worked closely with me every step of the way, listening to what I wanted and delivering lots of creative options I would never have thought of until we got the apartment design just right. Iâ d recommend taking advantage her unique vision and creative capabilities on any project large or small.

I had an amazing experience with Free Range. I had a limited budget to decorate my living room and master bedroom. Annie worked with me to select quality items within budget, that fit my style and goals for the space. I really wanted to make sure my small space did not feel small. I wanted it to feel cozy, but organized while being infused with the colors, textures, and feeling of the South Western Mountain Town aesthetic of Telluride, Colorado where I live. Free Range helped me create my dream mid-century-western home without breaking the bank. We also set goals for some future projects for when I have more funds to put into the space. I can't wait to work with Annie and Free Range again on the rest of my space!
