I did not go thru Angie to hire this company. My longtime plumber could not help because they were on vacation and Franklin and Vizzo were recommended. Upon calling them I was told there would be a travel fee, since I was in another city. By the way it was 15 miles from their business. Okay that was fine, I didn't ask how much at the time (maybe I should have). Anyway, they found the part and arrived the next day (a Saturday), the part was installed and I it worked (for a while). Sunday the water heater stopped heating. I called again and told them the problem, they came back on Monday (mind you now it is 3 full days without hot water) and installed another new thermostat, which by the way did finally work. I not only had to pay for another installation, but the travel fee $134 was excessive. Never calling them again.

They did a real good job. Their price is pretty average. The quality is very good. I am pretty sure they cleaned up after themselves.

Even though it was a Sunday the plumber arrived within a half hour of our phone call he quickly diagnosed the problem and cleaned out the drain and even fix a small leak under the sink we were very happy with everything.

The service went well. I called first thing in the morning and they were at my house the same day. Had one little hiccup where the receptionist transposed my phone number, but they were somehow able to find my wife's phone number and call her so we got it worked out. Only delayed things a couple hours. The work done was professional and high quality. Cost seemed a little high for the work done.

When I called I had been given and arrival window and date. A little bit after the arrival window time started I was called and told that he as on his way. He arrived shortly thereafter. I showed him where the work was to be performed and the new disposal. He removed the old disposal and installed the new one. Some piping had to be added to adjust for the larger new disposal. The pop ups were done without any fuss. Total time was less than two hours. I paid the bill and he was off to his next job. The work was done very professionally. I would use them again without thinking twice.

I am so glad that I found Franklin & Vizzo. They are honest plumbers who do such a great job. This wasn't the first time we used their services, in the past we've had them make small repairs, but this was definetely the largest job. They were always on time, very clean and polite, and very professional. They even came out to meet with our insurance people at no charge which they didn't have to do.

After reading reviews of numerous plumbers in our area on Angie's List, we came across an old favorite: Franklin & Vizzo. We realized we had used them years ago, on the recommendation of our Realtor, and decided to give them a try again. They arrived as scheduled, diagnosed the problem (a slow leak under the base of the toilet due to an improperly installed and OLD wax ring), and fixed it on the spot. The material costs were negligible, and the labor cost was extremely reasonable.They've been in business for 30 years because they are honest, professional, and don't play games with pricing. They even explained to us what caused the problem and how to prevent it in the future. F&V will continue to be our favorites!

Jose showed up within 15 minutes of our call. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Jose jumped right into the job, disassembled the pipes directly below the sink and cleaned same, removed the drain pipes into the wall and cleaned same. Then went beyond there into the wall and cleaned out that portion until everything was clean and running free.
He was done within a hour of his arrival. Everything was cleaned up. There was no mess left. Jose thanked us and was on his way. We called the shop to thank them, and give them the information on who to bill, "my nephew."
My wife and I couldn't be happier with the way everything went. Highly recommend them for the promptness, professionalism and courtesy.

I couldn't be happier with their service. They were fast, polite, and very reasonable (especially considering that part of the labor was done on a Saturday at time and a half). I have already used them again for a separate issue and have been equally impressed.
