The experience I had here was excellent. I am very picky about where I go to service and buy fine jewelry. It's mostly about finding someone trustworthy and knowledgeable about fine jewelry. I had been going to a place in Westlake Village for a few years, but over the years, I found them to be less and less personable and frankly a bit too snobby. I am so excited to have found Fox Fine Jewelry. The owners Roger and Debbie Fox recently opened a new, beautiful store on Main in Ventura. They've been in the area for over 20 years, and most importantly to me, Roger is a certified gemologist with over 40 yrs. experience. I can't say enough about our experience at their fine shop. They know the meaning of taking care of their customer needs. Debbie Fox was super helpful and extremely knowledgeable. In addition, the jewelry items they have on display are classy, elegant and unique. As a lover of jewelry myself, I think they have a great variety of choices. Roger Fox had his own design workshop built on premises, so he can create in-house. For a friendly, down to earth, professional jewelry buying experience I recommend them 100%.
