Was able to snake a sharp  90 angle in a 40's house, yeha.

We needed Ed to reinstall a faucet, soap dispenser, air gap, disposer, and reverse osmosis water faucet. The drain pipes for the sinks got damaged when the demolition was done, so Ed also rebuilt the drain system under the sink. Ed showed up on time with his helper and set right to work. The old drain hose for the dishwasher disappears into the cabinetry and broke when he moved it, but being the imaginative master plumbing he is, he quickly got things squared away without having to tear out any cabinetry. Ed also was careful to protect our wood floor and the new counter top. To me that is a sign of a tradesman who really cares about his clients. When he was done, he tested everything. It all worked well with no leaks or other problems. The drain pipes are now much more efficiently laid out, and we have more space under the sink than before, showing that he really knows his stuff. We're very pleased with his work and will use him again and again.

Ed showed up well within the time window promised and within 15 minutes of arriving he had the drain cleared. He was professional and really knows his stuff, and is a very friendly fellow. All is well with our drain..

Our property manager informed us that one unit had a drain problem that their plumber diagnosed as a broken sewer line. Since that's a very expensive proposition, especially if the break is in/under the slab, we wanted a second opinion. We called Flow Right, who inspected the problem, and in turn recommended we have a specialist run a camera through the sewer. That was a smart suggestion - it turns out the problem wasn't a break, but a grease clog. A really bad grease clog. While the first plumber wanted to start digging and tearing things out, armed with this knowledge, Ed went out and cleared the drain. Voile. Everyone is happy. It was really smart of Ed to recommend the camera looking in the sewer. And they were very, very friendly, and understanding of our concern. They went out on a Saturday, and called us on Sunday and evenings to keep us informed of what was going on as it happened. I would recommend them without hesitation. They're trustworthy, and don't try to sell goods and services that aren't needed, and their rates are very reasonable. When it comes to problems like this, you want to put things in the hands of someone who really knows their stuff and sincerely wants to help out, without taking you to the cleaners. Flow Right is exactly that.
