Removed all furniture, removed laminate floor and baseboards, removed padding, scraped concrete pad and checked for moisture, installed new hardwood floor and new baseboards and moldings, cleaned floor, replaced all the furniture.. The installers were very professionsl and efficient. They Arrived at 9:15 AM and were finished by 1:30 PM

It's very expensive because it's a 3-bedroom condo. This company is a local one and they have lots of idea of what carpet we can use. We used a new product and it's a good material. They came in 2 small groups for the vinyl and for the carpet. The vinyl people were not very responsible. When they changed the vinyl in the bathroom, they need to uninstall and install to toilet and they didn't seal the toilet so they had to come twice for the toilet. I even caulked the toilet myself. The carpet people were fine, they did their job. The price is expensive. We set up the appointment in advance and I was not happy with the vinyl people's punctuality.

They were very nice people and did a good job.

The work they did was satisfactory. It was satisfactory but there was some minor hardware that was removed but not replaced. It was left for us to finish. These are dyed from the bottom of the closet doors and may be they just forgot to install it. Anyway it wasn't a big deal and we took care of it. I didn't do extensive shopping with regard to price and so I do not know how to judge that. They were good with responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism. I will use their services again in the future.

Gilbert is the man to speak to. They are very responsive and knowledgeable. Gilbert has been there for twenty years and knows what he is doing. I have recommended them many times to others.
