Craig used an environmentally safe solution to clean our carpets throughout the home. It took about two hours to dry, and there was no smell or anything to the solution. He moved the furniture around to make sure he got to all areas of the carpet. Everything came out looking brand new! He spent a lot of time on it and it still looks great a few months later.

Natural carpet cleaning they used a dry method that left a grit in the carpet, It didn't even seem like it had done anything.

Cleaner showed up late, though he called ahead to adjust ETA. It was a rainy day. He examined each area and gave an estimate, laid out protective shields to prevent marring the walls, explained what he was going to do, started by saturating the carpets with enzymes to neutralize pet urine where it was needed, and proceeded to clean. After cleaning he ran a commercial sized fan to help dry out the carpets and sofa on a rainy day. This cleaner works alone. When I asked about a crew, he said he had one employee, which I liked because you know you will always get the owner or the one person he has trained. They know what they're doing.
