I used to use this company frequently and eventually got frustrated and quit using them. They used to do a really good job cleaning my house monthly; however, after a few months the girls would always be in such a hurry that almost every time they came to my house, they'd break something and NOT TELL ME ABOUT IT! I would find broken nic-nacs hidden in a plant or something that they dropped and broke behind a dresser. I know accidents happened, but after numerous careless mistakes (and a stain on my hardwood floors), I contacted the owner who was less than helpful. She asked for receipts for the broken items that needed to be replaced. Who keeps receipts of everything in their home? I never used them again.
