This was my third rental from DPL. The first one worked out nicely and the nanny cam worked as expected. The second time I rented a nanny cam it developed a hardware error and lost all data for the entire rental period. Monty the owner handled it as I would expect giving me a credit for the rental. This promoted me to believe it was just a fluke and rented a third time. Here is where everything went wrong. Once again the nanny cam failed to perform as expect and lost the stored data. I followed the same procedure as the second rental and returned the cam. It went all downhill from that point. Monty refused to refund the rental plus he had placed a charge on my credit card for 650 dollars as a deposit. It then got worst as Monty started sending emails with rude and unprofessional remarks. Another point is as of today 10-7-11 I still have not received a refund for the 650.00 dollars he charged and have had to file a dispute with my credit card company. I have since filled a complaint with the Better Business Bureau for his area. I would avoid this business at all cost and find one run by a professional.
