I am extremely disappointed with the tile installation service I received in our guest bathroom and laundry room. The work was sloppy, with permanently smudged tiles and faded grout. Moreover, the promised follow-through was nonexistent. Numerous attempts to address the issues were met with unresponsiveness and broken promises. I have been trying to get a resolution for over 3 years to no avail. Avoid this company if you value quality and customer service.

They did an excellent job. The new stone floors are magnificent and opened up my entire house. They were fantastic. I absolutely recommend them to others. I would use their services again in the future.
