It went very well. This was a relatively small job and it was difficult to get people to come out and take a look. Brad was able to come by the same day we contacted him. He quickly diagnosed the problem and got it fixed. He showed us the breaker that had caused the issue and the resulting problem with the wiring, Then, since we had earlier been able to flip the breaker and get it to work for few minutes before it failed again, he stayed for 15 to 20 minutes to make sure the issue wasn't going to recur. He was friendly and reasonably priced, and we would definitely hire him again.

Brad is exceptional. He installed a chandelier for us. Living in an older building meant that our new chandelier didn?t match the current ceiling installation unit. Brad was calm, precise, and gave us options. He worked with us to choose the best installation method for our place. As far as customer service, Brad went above and beyond regarding patience and time spent with us. Very communicative, polite and professional. I will definitely be recommending Brad to everyone I know!
