I called David to have a inspection of my garage since I was in the process of refinancing and the inspector wanted a letter from a professional mold company stating that there was no longer mold in my garage, since she saw some. I called 4 different companies, Dave was the only one who understood my need and did not try to sell me anything. He came the same day and after few hours he sent me the letter that I needed. Very reasonable priced, great customer service, fast and reliable. If I would ever need any other work for mold problem this is the Company I would call. Efficiency is very important for me.

I didn't have a good experience. I thought I was paying for them to come out and test for mold. The charge was to come to look at the problem. It cost almost double to perform the test and then half again as much to actually run the test and get the results. Be very careful of your costs before you hire this company. They showed up on time and behaved professionally but I was afraid that when we actually did the work to remove any mold the costs would again skyrocket.

"I'm sorry you didn't have a good experience, Sam, and it's very unfortunate you felt compelled to give me such a poor rating. What you neglected to mention in your review was that not only did I show up at the designated time but that you failed to show up at all. I was also very clear in my text exactly what the inspection fee included: inspection and moisture testing. I typically make my recommendations for sampling after I conduct the inspection. For what it's worth, my post-inspection recommendations were exactly what they were when you described your situation: you needed to a) fix your roof (address the source issue) and then b) professionally dry out the building materials before putting things back together. I offered to provide references of remediation contractors to perform task "b" (which I do not do, incidentally). I'm sorry it came as a shock to you that mold sampling would be extra. So much of this misunderstanding could have been avoided if we had been able to meet face to face. For future reference, and for HA customers reading this review, the sample collection and analysis fee is $120. Samples are analyzed in a lab and I interpret the results and provide them in a report which typically costs $120. I am a sole owner/operator and my costs are very competitive and I am always transparent an up-front with my pricing. As evidenced by my other reviews, I provide honest service for an honest price."
