They came and measured. They suggested what to do. They worked with me and my husband. They put everything up well. They worked to find out exactly what we wanted. They designed the closet to the exact specifications and need. They cam back several time and gave me several different closet options. She designed in on computer so I could see. They were quick and professional. When they came to do the install, they were here a few hours and were done. She came back to make sure everything was working well. She gave me some hangers as a gift, Everything went well.
