The job was performed with excellence & professionalism. However, the subcontrator contacted us saying they were having difficulty getting payment from Classic Homes for the work done to correct our countertop and would take measures to put a lien against our house for their outstanding costs if payment wasn't forthcoming from Classic Homes. Since this was a repair to correct previous work perfomed, there was no written contract or financial obligation on our part.

I had a very bad experience with them. They said that they work would be done in seven days, but it took them almost 4 months to complete it. First of all, they were going to do it without an inspector, which was not permitted. I did not accept it. They literally spent a day redoing everything that they had done. The way that I found that was the guy that was doing the bathroom said that it was all up to code. I found that it wasn?t up to the code because they had to change it all before the inspector actually came. It was not good at all. There was peeing on the floor by one of the work people. It was just a night mare.
