 + -1 moreChris Joyce came by in October 2010 to look at a leak in the roof. He repaired the leak with a warranty of two more visits if the leak is not fixed. I called a second time in December 2010 with two new leaks I thought were related to the original leak. The two new leaks were not related. However, he repaired the two new leaks for no charge but could not offer a warranty on those new leaks because we basically need a new roof. He was honest and reliable with reasonable priced.
