Aaron and his co-worker arrived at the specified time, both very polite and got right to work. I was told attic work would take about 2 hours, and was spot on. The outside work about 3+hours, again the correct estimate. All work on the original itemized proposal was done, and was shown one of the difficult repair and explained, the only reason I noticed this repair is that I did not have touch-up paint, which they offered to do had I had some, my loss. Total experience was outstanding and they said they would follow-up in a year with my automatic 2year warranty. The office followed up to ask if all work done and if satisfied with the service. I will be calling them again for work on a rental I own.

Deanna at Caswest took what we thought a personal interest w our invasion of termites. She knew what to look for and where: mud tubes, frass, discarded wings. She also has Aaron with her. They checked baseboards,exposed wood, crawl space and they educated me along the way checking near plumbing since termites are attracted to moisture. In short they didn't miss a thing and we are rid of termites. This company knows what they are doing.

Deanna sent Aaron out to my home, Both were very professional and knowledgeable about my particular situation with bugs and insects in my rental house, Aaron showed up ready to go to work and punctual. The treatment he use was environmentally and pet friendly, I ended up going on to a regular monthly treatment contract without a pushy sales pitch. Best thing ever no more BUGS... I would definitely recommend this company for pest control.....
