CARPETERIA

Before paying for the carpet, they verified it would be able to ship within a few days from out of state. I paid when told the carpet would ship on Monday and get here by the next Friday for install. Now, here I am over 2 weeks later and they are still telling me the carpet won't get in until next week. Outrageous. Meanwhile, our house has been torn apart for the last week getting ready for the install.

 I will shop elsewhere in the future.

we were able to take our time and compare quite a few different carpet
styles and colors before settling on a berber style. The same goes for
the linoleum. The salesman was very helpful. He went to our condo and
measured the rooms. The installer showed up at the correct time and they
did a great job installing the flooring. We bought the place without
carpet (the sellers tore it out), so they were able to get the carpet
quickly and get it installed. They didn't have to come back and there
was very little scrap (they were accurate measuring).

I DONT HAVE ANY COMPLAINTS, NOT EVEN LITTLE ONES. THEY WERE GOOD. OF THE THREE ESTIMATES THAT WE GOT, THEY WERE THE LOWEST PRICE, AND THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYBODY. I LIKE IT, THEIR WORK WAS PLEASING.

AL WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND THE PRICING WAS GREAT. THEY HAD EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY SHOWED US VARIOUS BRANDS AND HELPED US NARROW ARE CHOICE DOWN.

THEY WERE PROMPT AT GIVING ME AN APPRAISAL AND THE SCHEDULING WENT SMOOTHLY. THE INSTALLERS THEY SENT WERE PROFESSIONAL AND CAREFUL WITH MY ANTIQUE FURNITURE.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. WHEN THEY CAME TO PREPARE THE ESTIMATE, THEY HAD REALLY GREAT AND CREATIVE IDEAS. THE INSTALLERS DID A WONDERFUL JOB AND WERE VERY CLEAN WHILE INSTALLING.
