I know that you were not satisfied with the carpet that you had purchased due to showing footprints. We go above and beyond to try keep our customer's satisfied. Your total invoice was $6451 which included carpet, padding and labor. We replaced your newly installed floors with a carpet of your choice for free with the exception of the labor which was $300.
