He came, flushed my tankless water heater, 30 min later all water done.. Coming back in a few weeks to change the filter.. good job, fast service, friendly, good customer service.

Oh, the joys of home ownership! We've had a leaky shower for months now, and the problem only got worse. It went from a sporadic drip to a continual flow. We made a few calls, and only got a couple of call backs from plumbers seeing as it was the weekend. We even had #DuttonPlumbing come out for a quote, however they quoted us 3 TIMES MORE than #BestintheWestPlumbing did?! Damien showed up within his time window, was extremely professional and courteous, and got the job done quickly. Seeing as our house is 20 years old, this was not the easiest job to tackle. He did have to cut into the dry wall on the other side of the shower to do his job, however he still patched it up so I wouldn't have a gaping hole in my closet wall until the hubby could fix it. We are transplants to Ventura County so we didn't have any references to go with besides Yelp reviews... The bottom line is this, Damien is the best there is! He got back to me that same day and scheduled our appointment the next afternoon, was honest and detailed with me about the job, did exceptional work, didn't overcharge me (even though he could have gotten away with it TBH ??‍♀️), was very professional, and followed COVID protocol to keep my family safe. Living in a 20 year old house means a lot of maintenance issues have been popping up lately ? but I know my family is covered with Damien and #BestintheWest as our plumbing services provider. I do not endorse products, services, or people flippantly, so when I say that you're doing yourself (and your wallet) a favor by choosing him to handle your plumbing needs, it's as credible a reference as you can get!

After talking with him on the phone, I sent pictures of the water system to Damien. I then came out to verify the type of filters needed. A day later, one of his colleagues came back and replaced the filters. Both men were professional, communicative and friendly. The service and filter cost were a little pricey, but I was satisfied.

I have a beautiful new copper kitchen sink thanks to Best in the West Plumbing! The project was not easy, it took time to find and install a copper sink that would fit the measurements of my counter space. Ryan had to reconstruct the the underbelly of my cabinets to fit and support the weight of the copper sink. He also drilled holes in our granite countertop to accommodate a new goose neck faucet and installed a new garbage disposal and relocated the disposal button for easier access. Best in the West really is the best! Damien and Ryan are so easy to work with and they truly listened to what I wanted and made it happen. Now I get compliments on my copper sink from guests all the time! I’ve also used Best in the West Plumbing for smaller needs like leaky toilets and bathroom faucets. They are always professional and they get the job done!

Very good he took out the old water heater and hooked me up with a tankless water heater and it has worked excellent ever cents definitely will use him for all my plumbing problems. And I recommend him to all my friends
