BATH CREST

Initially it went very well.  Arrived on time on October 17, 2014, and finished job in a timely manner. 
On December 9th, the glazing started to pit.  I called Mario shortly there after (I didn't mark down date) and he said he would come out, but would call first.  Since then I have called on January 6, 2015 spoke to Mario, January 22nd, again on January 22, spoke to Mario, and both times he said he would come out and has never returned call to set up time.  I just called again on February 2nd, 2015 and left a voice mail.   Three calls and no response.  This is a business that does not honor their warranty, let alone return calls.

It went alright. They were on time, polite and professional.

It was excellent. The guy did a great job and it's a very messy business that he does and yet when he left things were clean, neat and in good order. They have good price and did a good job. There's not so many people who'd do what he does but it seems it's a good price and he's good.

Mr. Hibbard gave me a bid lowest of three, delivered all aspects of the project on time and, believe it or not, even under budget! Who does that? Amazing. A+ for Bathcrest of Thousand Oaks.

The work was done efficiently, professionally, economically. The results are outstanding! I highly recommend this service.

The technician who came (forgot his name) was friendly and left the work area clean. We followed what seems to be the standard protocol of vacating the area for 24-48 hours to let the new surface cure/dry. Initial work looked great, but only about a month later, we found a little sliver chipped off and called the company about their 5 year warranty. We'd been careful about following the company's restrictive care guidelines (no suction cups on bathmats, non abrasive cleanser, etc.). Unfortunately the company says this is part of man-made wear and tear and would charge a service fee to fix it as a "chip repair," not resurfacing correction. Looking back, if we'd known about the different follow up options, we would've just asked for a chip repair service instead of paying for surfacing the entire tub. Perhaps resurfacing material is not meant to stay pristine/chip-free for long? We're going to have to buy one of those hardware store kits to paint the chip over.

They removed the doors and you couldn't even tell that my shower had doors. They are miracle workers they made the shower look brand new. I have used them twice came in and tell you exactly how long it is going to take if it doesn't have a indoor window they will tell you how long to leave the fan on. They gave me a senior discount also they were very professional.
