Bruce was very patient while we went through the process of deciding what we wanted to do. He had a lot of good suggestions as well. We scheduled the majority of the work to take place right before the holiday season and, even with some unexpected rains, he got it done.

Aspen provided advice and suggestions to keep my costs low. Provided a detailed estimate of the work, discussed the timeline and was careful with keeping the dust & mess contained. Bruce is calm & easy going and his crew is friendly and easy to work with. The job site was clean and didn't bother the neighbors. On the downside, not all of his crew is experienced so there were some problems with quality that Bruce quickly made right once they were discovered. The job did run longer than expected but that was due to suppliers delays. Bruce was pretty good about communicating with me every day and tried to cause as little disruption to my household during the work.
