"Hi [Member Name Removed], I would like to apologize to you for your unpleasant experience with Allguard. I understand it can be frustrating when work is not performed properly. Just to catch you up on our business, we recently came under new ownership and have hired a new fumigation company to do all of our fumigation's. As far as the key to the home, it is actually required for you to give keys to the crew performing the fume so that they can have access to the home to make sure everything is in order before they do the treatment. This is done to ensure the safety of the home and the neighboring structures as well as make sure there weren't any animals or food left out. I know that this message doesn't do much to take care of the damage you say was caused, but we would like to offer you a free pest control spray as an apology.
