If I could rate him worse than an F, I would.  Tom Hannon was the most  unprofessional and dishonest contractor I've ever dealt with.  And with  experience with homebuilding as well as owning real estate, I've dealt  with a lot.
Tom Hannon did sloppy work and was only concerned  with getting paid.  There were cracks in the laminate, the cabinet corner was filled and patched with caulk, and there were gauges and bubbles at the bottom of the cabinet.  In addition, he used liquid nail instead of contact cement, which is yet another example of his  shortcutting and doing sloppy work.  When I demanded that the work be fixed before the balance was paid in full, he illegally entered my residence when I was not there and removed cabinet doors that had already been installed and held them ransom.  He refused to fix the workmanship, and he would not return MY CABINET DOORS until I paid him the rest of the balance.  This illegal entry and stealing of cabinet doors happened twice.
I should mention that I had three other cabinet contractors evaluate the workmanship after Tom was "finished" with the job, and they all came to separate conclusions that the workmanship was very poor and unacceptable.
I had no choice but to counterclaim against him in small claims court when he had the audacity to sue ME, and a judgment was made against Tom.  I cannot refer AGAINST Tom Hannon and Acorn Refacing strongly enough.
