Brought in computer with a Google search hijacking problem and a nasty virus or malware condition. Received a report when it was done 3 days later that it was fixed, viruses removed, etc. When I brought it home it still had the Google search hijack problem, I ran the anti-virus software on the machine and it found two viruses, and it take several tries for the computer to boot up successfully now. They were successful at removing the fake anti-virus program that was making the computer unusable, but left me with several problems even though they said it was fixed. It appears that they did not test the machine when they were done and I'm now out $175.

When I called, they had somebody on the phone to help me and I called twice. They walked me through it and were really, really nice with it. I don t know much about computers and they provided a service that didn t need any expertise to understand.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB. I THOUGHT THEIR PRICES WERE A LITTLE HIGH, BUT THEY DID COMPLETE THE JOB RIGHT AWAY, AND I NEEDED MY COMPUTER BACK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
