"It is our understanding Mr. Sharma received a request from the City to provide them with plumbing inspection results after receiving multiple complaints regarding the unsanitary, unhealthy and dangerous conditions of the units he was renting. Upon inspection, there was multiple units that contained what to appeared to be black mold triggering our request for testing. AAA Paradise Plumbing and Rooter, Inc. was on site performing another job and we were approached by Mr. Sharma asking if we could conduct an inspection of all plumbing in each unit, it was discussed and agreed that we would charge our minimum service fee of $49.00 to thoroughly inspect each of his 50 apartment units with detailed inspection reports and photos of each unit. (3) Technicians and (1) Supervisor were on site to perform what was agreed upon prior to any inspection being performed. Mr. Sharma became extremely angry that we requested, prior to any work being performed we needed a MOLD, LEAD and ASBESTOS test for the HEALTH and SAFETY of both AAA Paradise Plumbing and Rooter, Inc. employees and apartment tenants. As it was very clear as you can see with the photos attached, this test was very necessary. All of our bids include standard disclosures regarding unforeseen issues as any other service company. It is standard operating procedure to collect upon completion of work performed, this was discussed, reviewed and agreed upon (authorization signatures) prior to starting the inspection by Mr. Sharma and his management team. All of our phone calls are recorded here at AAA Paradise Plumbing and Rooter, Inc. and never once was he threatened by anyone, our Operations Manager was attempting to diffuse the hostile situation created by Mr. Sharma and calm him down. Mr. Sharma in fact was the party using profanities and speaking to our staff in a very abusive profanity laced manner, threatening AAA Paradise Plumbing and Rooter, Inc. with negative reviews on multiple platforms if we did not abide by his requests to remove OUR request to test for mold, lead and asbestos. It is our standard operating procedure to follow up with customers we have provided a bid to in an effort to answer any questions regarding the estimate provided. AAA Paradise Plumbing and Rooter, Inc. has been in business locally for over 40 years and we take pride in our honesty and integrity. Mr Sharma, it is you that is being dishonest and not providing safe living conditions for your tenants and their children. Unfortunately, AAA Paradise Plumbing and Rooter, Inc. tried repeatedly to please Mr. Sharma and his requests however the HEALTH and SAFETY of our employees and the tenants that reside in his apartment complex is our #1 Priority. Mr. Sharma did not want to comply with providing mold, lead and asbestos testing or any results and became very angry making various threats to post negative reviews on multiple platforms etc. if we did not remove this request from the estimate provided. The Owner of AAA Paradise Plumbing and Rooter, Inc. felt it was best to terminate our business relationship with Mr.Sharma for this reason."
"Thank you for the great review. We strive to provide the highest quality of repairs. We are glad to hear that your were completely satisfied with the service you received. Thank you for your trust and your business."
This company installed faucets in my home. After they had left (and after cleaning their mess) I took a shower, and there was no pressure in the hot water, and the bathroom basin had no running water. I called them back and only the basin water was fixed.
The hot water runs better, but is still not what it was.
A few days after the second visit, I noticed that the grout around the base of the tap they had installed was not grout but plumbers putty.
It had collapsed and left a hole and a quarter inch of improperly positioned and poorly cut tile (and it looks ugly).
I had to call in another plumber and a handyman to get this fixed. This is a poor company.
