805 Home Inspections

We used Mike & his company to do an inspection of an older manufactured home in Oxnard. This has been the third home inspection I've had done in the last 17 years and was very pleased with the work. He was thorough, took his time, and went into great detail on the inspection report. Included in the report high quality photos, analysis and recommendations for structural, cosmetic and infrastructure items including appliances, drains, heaters, hoses, electrical, plumbing and gas lines and fixtures. He covered even small details like grout and trim problems, weather stripping, condition of countertops, drawers, cabinets etc. Some of my past experiences with inspectors did not include this level of detail. We got the report within 12 hours of the inspection which was great. It gives us more time to look at any options or changes we need to make on our offer. Always important on any home purchase. He was friendly, prompt and is very good at communication, able to describe the problem in both simple or technical ways. Overall, I highly recommend Mike and the 805 crew and would use them again.
