The morning of 9/8/14, I received a call with a request to reschedule to the next day because the house wasn't accessible due to the road being closed (concerned, I tried to drive to the home that day as well but actually had no problem getting there - hmmm...). The appointment was rescheduled to 9/9/14 and one cleaner arrived on-time. When the cleaner arrived, a painting contractor was at work upstairs so the cleaner (Silvia) couldn't get started up there, so informed the office and got started cleaning the downstairs (living room, kitchen, half-bathroom). The cleaner stayed for two hours and accomplished very little. For the 2 hours of this and quot;deep cleaningand quot; we got the interior of the oven and the refrigerator wiped down (both very poorly) and absolutely nothing else done: all exterior surfaces were untouched and the half-bathroom was untouched. To top it off the cleaner gave my wife her personal number in case we needed her on the side.
Later, I contacted the office via text (their communication method that I responded to) to inform them when the upstairs was clear. I didn't get a response until 6 days later, that said, and quot;Hi! My apologies we just saw your message...and quot; In the meantime, due to the nonexistent cleaning performed, my wife and I had ended up doing the cleaning ourselves. After explaining the above to Wave House Cleaning, I was asked, and quot;did you guys tried contacting us?and quot; (sic). Uh, yes (I guess they instantly forgot the reason they sent the text that apologized for not seeing my attempts to contact them). It was at this point I finally stopped trying to work with them.
I do NOT recommend Wave House Cleaning, at least for those in the Phoenix-area east valley, because of the completely unsatisfactory experience and resolution. If anyone has better recommendations for the Gilbert and Queen Creek areas, please let me know - I have 4 properties that could use services.

One of my biggest concerns was language. The person that showed up spoke clear and fluent english and understood my cleaning needs.
Great company, great price, and great customer service.
He arrived on time and stayed three hours. A plus was the fact that he was personable and spoke English - a definite plus when having someone working in your home.
I would highly recommend Wave and definitely request Jason!

The team arrived on time, with all the necessarily supplies, and after a quick tour, went to work. They worked so much harder than our former cleaners. For example, my floors are now clean, not gritty. Yay! My stainless fridge is gleaming, and the oven looks great. Bathrooms are clean and shiny, and nothing reeks of bleach.
When the crew was done, she asked me to check everything to see if we were happy. There were some issues, two of which I'd mentioned on arrival, that needed major attention, including a stubborn oriental rug that likes to display cat hair, and some cloth lampshades that do the same. They took the time to fix these, to remove a trash can they'd missed (easy mistake) and a couple other small things. However, when I noticed a big dark footprint near the kitchen sink and showed her, she said it was because my husband had just walked thru (true) and didn't take the 10 seconds to clean it. Um, hello?
Couple other issues I didn't mention involved tabletops, desktops, etc. nothing was neatened up, and a few books that had fallen off my desk are still tossed on the floor. My bathroom counters are clean, but not neat, and in fact some dead leaves are on the counter near the plants...which were moved. Empty soda and water bottles stayed where they were. Easy enough for me to fix, but it was a bit disconcerting.
They spoke English with me and Spanish with each other. Bonus: they were very good with our cats. I was not feeling well when they came, so didn't want to seem crazy and nitpicky. They worked very hard.Licensing
