Wave House Cleaning

Once again, Wave disappoints. A two person crew came in to clean. They chatted with each other more than they "cleaned". I can't even say they cleaned. I had dust behind the door and the bathroom floor had a dirty water mark on it. When I showed them what they missed they said I did not order a deep clean. Since when is closing a door and vacuuming/mopping behind it "deep cleaning"? They walked off the job. I had to reclean everything they supposedly cleaned and then I had to finish cleaning the rest of my house. Also, they were behind my bar clanging bottles around. Why were they behind the bar? There was nothing to clean back there. They can touch my liquor bottles but not vacuum behind a door or clean the lip of the shower? I also had a liquor bottle missing. I can't prove that it was taken, I just know there was a gaping hole where a bottle once stood. The company had the audacity to not refund the cleaning price and offer me a reclean. Their workers are not trained properly. I am done.

Cleaner did not have or understand access information though I provided it in Spanish and in English. Accordingly did not start until 30 min past arrival window. Did not have vacuum cleaner or steam cleaner I was expecting. I was offered 10% discount on next service for lateness, did not have to pay for the steam cleaning I had booked and expected, but was charged for vacuuming that did not occur even though the customer service was aware at the time that there was no vacuuming. I was told no manager was available to speak to me. Obviously this company may provide services from time to time but has no qualms about misrepresenting services and commitments to clients, and knowingly charging for services it did not actually provide. I am sure we can all do better elsewhere. No manager ever called me back, although I requested a call, and later provided a weekday window of availability to facilitate one.

DON’T book a cleaning with wavehouse. First cleaning: great. I recommended them to all my friends. Second cleaning: great until I realized my favorite necklace was STOLEN. When I left the house that am I had forgotten to lock my jewelry up. I thought about it, stressed about it even, but it would have been a tremendous hassle to leave work in the middle of the day to come back and do it. I figured, they seem trustworthy and just took a chance. When I came home my favorite (most expensive) necklace was gone. I was devastated. When I reported it they didn’t charge me for that cleaning and offered 50% off for the subsequent cleaning. Since this place is so cheap, I decided to give them another shot. What was I thinking? Third cleaning: they just never showed up. When I reached out they said sorry and asked if I wanted to reschedule. I said absolutely not. Again, don’t book this place.

They have low prices. Even though it is different people that show up every time it is the same quality. I would continue to use them for services.

On 9/2/14 I booked a and quot;Deep Cleaningand quot; with an added request for cleaning the inside of the refrigerator, and scheduled for 9/8/14.
The morning of 9/8/14, I received a call with a request to reschedule to the next day because the house wasn't accessible due to the road being closed (concerned, I tried to drive to the home that day as well but actually had no problem getting there - hmmm...). The appointment was rescheduled to 9/9/14 and one cleaner arrived on-time. When the cleaner arrived, a painting contractor was at work upstairs so the cleaner (Silvia) couldn't get started up there, so informed the office and got started cleaning the downstairs (living room, kitchen, half-bathroom). The cleaner stayed for two hours and accomplished very little. For the 2 hours of this and quot;deep cleaningand quot; we got the interior of the oven and the refrigerator wiped down (both very poorly) and absolutely nothing else done: all exterior surfaces were untouched and the half-bathroom was untouched. To top it off the cleaner gave my wife her personal number in case we needed her on the side.
Later, I contacted the office via text (their communication method that I responded to) to inform them when the upstairs was clear. I didn't get a response until 6 days later, that said, and quot;Hi! My apologies we just saw your message...and quot; In the meantime, due to the nonexistent cleaning performed, my wife and I had ended up doing the cleaning ourselves. After explaining the above to Wave House Cleaning, I was asked, and quot;did you guys tried contacting us?and quot; (sic). Uh, yes (I guess they instantly forgot the reason they sent the text that apologized for not seeing my attempts to contact them). It was at this point I finally stopped trying to work with them.
I do NOT recommend Wave House Cleaning, at least for those in the Phoenix-area east valley, because of the completely unsatisfactory experience and resolution. If anyone has better recommendations for the Gilbert and Queen Creek areas, please let me know - I have 4 properties that could use services.

This will be my third time. I've asked them to clean behind furniture and underneath my china hutch and they do it. I like them. They have never been late. I like them to come early and they come at 8 am. My house is 2,000 square feet. So far I am happy with them. They have done a really good job. Their price is fair for my size of house. They don't run in and out. I've only seen one person show up at my house. She takes 3-4 hours.

Wave Housecleaning is a hidden gem in Phoenix! They offer flat pricing for house cleaning, and clean until the job is done. I wanted a deep clean to clean all of the things that I never clean, and two ladies came and cleaning my house from top to bottom for 5 hours! They made my house look amazing! The deep clean is more expensive and intensive than a basic clean, but for $134 I thought it was an awesome deal! I will definitely use them again in the future!

I've been a rather indifferent cleaner for 15 years. We are having new carpet put in and the walls painted in our home. I called Wave Cleanersto come out and do a deep clean after all the furniture was out of the house. Yesterday they showed up just after 8 am and worked their tails off for 4 hours. No slowing down, always cheerful and professional. Those ladies meant business. They did a fantastic job- my cooktop hasn't looked that great in years!

First time I have had a cleaning service. Really happy with the results. They are willing to work with you on a custom cleaning plan. For example, we do not use 2 rooms of the house and did not want to pay to have the rooms cleaned on a bi-weekly schedule. After an initial evaluation, they agreed to they would be able to accommodate my request. Once the quote came back I asked if there was room for negotiation as for the bi-weekly service, they agreed and reduced the bi-weekly fee even further.
One of my biggest concerns was language. The person that showed up spoke clear and fluent english and understood my cleaning needs.
Great company, great price, and great customer service.

I had a great experience with Wave House cleaning. I was happily surprised to have a nice young man arrive as the cleaner. Jason Stormes was pleasant, professional and worked hard to get my house super sparkling clean.
He arrived on time and stayed three hours. A plus was the fact that he was personable and spoke English - a definite plus when having someone working in your home.
I would highly recommend Wave and definitely request Jason!

Kelly the business owner, is a delight, very bubbly and cheerful on the phone. We are looking for a weekly cleaning team and she said it would be about $90 per week. We opted for the upgraded deep clean which included an inside oven scrub, all our baseboards, and more extra touches.

The team arrived on time, with all the necessarily supplies, and after a quick tour, went to work. They worked so much harder than our former cleaners. For example, my floors are now clean, not gritty. Yay! My stainless fridge is gleaming, and the oven looks great. Bathrooms are clean and shiny, and nothing reeks of bleach.

When the crew was done, she asked me to check everything to see if we were happy. There were some issues, two of which I'd mentioned on arrival, that needed major attention, including a stubborn oriental rug that likes to display cat hair, and some cloth lampshades that do the same. They took the time to fix these, to remove a trash can they'd missed (easy mistake) and a couple other small things. However, when I noticed a big dark footprint near the kitchen sink and showed her, she said it was because my husband had just walked thru (true) and didn't take the 10 seconds to clean it. Um, hello?

Couple other issues I didn't mention involved tabletops, desktops, etc. nothing was neatened up, and a few books that had fallen off my desk are still tossed on the floor. My bathroom counters are clean, but not neat, and in fact some dead leaves are on the counter near the plants...which were moved. Empty soda and water bottles stayed where they were. Easy enough for me to fix, but it was a bit disconcerting.

They spoke English with me and Spanish with each other. Bonus: they were very good with our cats. I was not feeling well when they came, so didn't want to seem crazy and nitpicky. They worked very hard.
