Description of Work: IT'S $125 A MONTH. HE DOES GENERAL MAINTENANCE. HE DOES MOWING, TRIMS THE BUSHES, WEEDS THE YARD, AND FERTILIZES THE YARD IF NECESSARY. IT'S AN EXTRA CHARGE WITH THIS.
