They were extremely helpful and collaborative in figuring out how to best frame the two pieces. They quoted me a price and then without prompting gave me 25 or 30% off that price, which made me a little suspicious about who gets the un-discounted price. The resulting number seemed pretty fair, though, and I was very pleased with the quality of the work.

Heather who helped me was super -- The price was more than competitive -- actually cheaper than some of the more well known chains. And all the pieces look great. There was a small problem with one piece that they immediately changed while I waited. I will be going there for ALLLLLL my future framing needs.

I REALLY LIKE UNIVERSAL ART GALLERY. THE OWNERS, LUCAS AND MARCIA, ARE VERY NICE AND ALWAYS TRY TO GIVE YOU THE BEST DEAL. THEY GIVE CREATIVE SUGGESTIONS AS TO HOW TO FRAME YOUR WORK AND THEY COMPLETE THE FRAMING IN A TIMELY FASHION.
