Tiffany and Aura are cheery and good-natured, and they seem to do a good job holding open houses (even going so far as to bake some food in our oven before the open house in order to suffuse the house with pleasant smells). However, their communication about potential buyers' interest in the house was weak. They recommended that we jump at the first offer, which was 10% ($80,000) below the asking price which we had all agreed was aggressively low. When we asked how nearby homes were selling, they were vague or unresponsive in providing details. When we finally accepted an offer, Tiffany and Aura failed to notice that the buyer had checked a small box extending the loan contingency all the way through the funding of the loan, causing us a lot of unnecessary anxiety. In general, they kept us poorly informed of various mishaps throughout the escrow period. We would not recommend hiring Tiffany and Aura.
