+ -1 moreWe looked at their frame and mat samples. The person waiting on us was very helpful in choosing the frame, mat and glass. She seemed very knowledgeable. The price was a little high but we were able to pay only a portion when we ordered. The work took about six weeks and they called us when it was ready. They did a beautiful job. The only small glitch was they didn't have the certificate of authenticity attached to the back as we had requested. It wasn't with the framed print. But they mailed it to us later in an envelope we can attach ourselves.
Description of Work: They matted and framed a print.

+ -1 moreThey knew exactly how to frame a cartoon cell, which I did not. They were eager to help find just the right mats to highlight the cell. They recommended an off-the-shelf, simple frame which allowed me to spend more money on the matting.
Description of Work: I had a cartoon cell that needed framing. They knew exactly how to frame it and we had a great deal of fun choosing mat colors that suited the room it would be hung in and the character being framed.

+ -1 moreThey were extremely helpful and even agreed to take the old piece of glass so it didn't just go in the trash. Seems like a great local place for both framing and art supplies. I know I will be back again.
Description of Work: I wanted to hang a new piece of art in an old frame, so I needed to replace the old glass with acrylic and replace the backing. I needed to special order the pieces, since they were a large size. They were in a few weeks later and I was able to pick them up and complete my project.
