Terribly! I should have seen the red flags, from the problem with the phone number, to the change in Dave Abel's story from one conversation to another. He confused details that I texted and told me he had the product when he didn't. Not trustworthy. He may be trying to recoup from financial issues or something of that nature, but he can't deliver. He was blaming his supplier but I don't think that's the source of the problem. I made a mistake and didn't notice the big "F" rating!

Unknown to us Dave's installers did not use a moisture barrier. The floor gradually started turning black. At this point 75% of the floor is black. Dave gave me the run around promising to come look at it for two months and never showed up. He made several appointments and did not call to cancel, just never showed up. He is saying now my install warranty time has expired. His installers did not install properly so at least the materials should be covered. Dave refuses to even talk to me about it. I have wood flooring in the room right next to this one and it is 20 yrs old. no problem because this other company installed properly. Dave is the rudest person I have ever had to deal with. I am a senior citizen and really feel taken advantage of. I would not recommend this company to my worse enemy. We did not hire these installers. They were hired by Dave. He should be responsible. I have talked to other installers and have been told there should always be put a moisture barrier when installing on top of concrete.
