THE WORKMAN GAVE ME A TWO HOUR SPAN WAIT TIME AND CAME AT THE BEGINNING OF THAT TIME. HE CLEARED ALL SINKS IN THE DOWNSTAIRS KITCHEN AND BATHROOM AND LEFT EVERYTHING CLEAN.

I CALLED THEM IN THE MORNING, AND THEY SENT OUT A SERVICEMAN TO ARRIVE IN THE AFTERNOON TO DETERMINE THE PROBLEM. HE DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM AND THEN RAN THE SNAKE DOWN THE MAIN LINE. SERVICE PEOPLE WERE VERY NICE AND FIXED THE PROBLEM IN NO TIME.
