 + -1 moreAl's team said they would find a way to make the new appliances work, and they did, but it did take quite a bit of effort (not their fault). The fact that they noticed moisture in the dryer vent and traced it back to blockage in the duct to the roof exemplifies the kind of care they show for their customers: they don't just come in, do what you request, and leave--they make sure your home is fully functional.
Description of Work: Alterations to laundry closet to accommodate new, larger washer and dryer. Cut out drywall, relocated gas pipe, added shut-off and flex hose. Demo'ed door jamb, installed new one that comes 2" further out. Painted and installed new bifold doors. Reversed dryer door. While testing dryer, found major blockage in vent line to roof and cleared it.

 + -1 moreI'm thrilled with the result. Al is very easy to work with, and he and his team really know their stuff. They did a bunch of tile work, installed new vanity, sink, toilet, medicine cabinet, recessed LED lighting, exhaust fan, shower heads and controls, faucet, quartz countertop, towel bars, etc. All the work was extremely professional. The details of pricing were clearly itemized on paper in advance, obviating any arguments over what work would be treated as add-ons. Much, much better experience than my previous bathroom reno. Will call Al for any other work I need done in the future.
Description of Work: Complete renovation of guest bathroom: tore out everything, raised the ceiling, built to my design with elements I purchased, passed city inspections. Also did a bunch of drywall patching, painting, & misc. repairs throughout my unit.

Description of Work: Removed false ceiling and fluorescent tube lighting in kitchen. Coffered ceiling opening. Installed 6 recessed LED lights and dimmer switch. Patched, textured, painted.
