+ -1 moreI called, they told me the price, they came, they cleaned. Afterwards, the sour milk smell was completely gone, and so were stains that had survived a prior cleaning by a different company.
Description of Work: The carpeting in one room was cleaned after a large milk spill, which had begun to smell.

+ -1 moreThe individuals were prompt and very nice. However, I thought it was a little strange that when I called to set up an appointment, I was given a quote without any measurements of the area being cleaned!!! I also think I overpaid for this service.
Description of Work: The work was adequate, although I don't think the chem-dry process works well on cotton rugs.
