YB Cleaners sent two very courteous,  and very accomodating professionals to clean my two story home prior to my  wife's return from a two week absence. Their work was thorough and complete, and on time as promised. I would most definitely request YB Services again.

Excellent service.  They showed up promptly.  The ladies did a great job cleaning my house.  I used a regular  weekly service from a large company for a long time and they never cleaned thoroughly.  My house was spotless!!  Would definitely use them in the future.

Because of a language barrier the cleaners didn't follow the priority list and the most important part (kitchen) didn't get the time it needed. But they were nice and very hard working and what they cleaned they cleaned well.

This is my second review of  YB cleaning services. 
I have been a regular client of YB and I could not be more satisfied with their level of service.
They are always punctual and do a fantastic job in cleaning our home every other Sunday. 
The same crew that comes out is always professional and consistent in their work.
I highly reccomend  YB for onle time cleaining or a regular service.

Arrived on time, did contracted work very well, had extra time so cleaned some windows and a patio door. VERY professional and great quality of work.

Two women showed up about 15 minutes ahead of time and unload their
supplies.  One spoke with me about what I wanted cleaned.  I had two
rooms I didn't want cleaned.  I let them know of the products I used on
the hardwood floors.  And then they went to work.   Two hours later, not only did they
complete it all but they clean my refrig. too.  ( I hate to clean
that).  They were amazing.  Great job!  Thank you YB I will call you

They were busy on the date that I needed.

They did a fantastic job.  They were on time and reliable and updated me if they were going to be late.  Professional and courteous.  Hard workers.  I was very pleased with their work.

They came at the approximate time they said since morning traffic was bad. My  kitchen became spotless, specially the stove and  microwave oven.. The bathrooms were spotless as well.They also cleaned  the dining room fan  with crystal glass which was a difficult chore for me but it was done in a jiffy. The 2 hrs job I contracted was actually not enough for the job i wanted done since my house really needed  maybe 4hr job by 2 people.. The ladies started working as soon as they got my instructions and they wee very polite.

I just moved in to a house where the previous owners had lived for 33 years.  It might have been that long since they cleaned the kitchen.  There was just a coating of grease every where.  The bathroom wasn't much better.  And one of the bedrooms had some spiderwebs in the corner. 
I wanted to have everything cleaned before I even moved any of my stuff in there. 
I actually found a handful of industrial cleaning services on Angie's List, but what got me to go with yb Cleaning was their flexible hours and more importantly, they were the only ones to call me after I made an e-mail inquiry.  I guess I wasn't worth the time for the other cleaning services. 
YB Cleaning had an Angie's List special of $99 for four man-hours, which translated to two hours for a 2-person crew.  I had a feeling it was going to take longer than two hours to tackle this cleaning job, and I let the office know I was willing to pay more to keep the crew on the clock until the job was done.  When the crew arrived there had been a miscommunication somewhere and they had a work order that only authorized them for two hours, and then they had other jobs booked after that.  I immediately called the office, explained the situation, and they got everything straightened out.  Good thing, because the crew ended up spending almost four hours to get everything in shape.  Before the crew came I didn't want to touch anything, but now I'll walk around barefoot without giving it a second thought.

Even though I was told the ladies might arrive late, they were right on time. They asked what was priority and went right to work. They did a great job in the time they were here.

YB cleaning services did a great job.  They were professional and left my place feeling clean and sparkly.

It went well. They sent two technicians. They were here on time, and were here for around two hours. They did a good job.

As noted above, they did just about anything you would want done, and did it in 2 hours.  Unfortunately, they had to work around my mess as I have been temporarily under the weather and unable to do anything except fix meals and do dishes.
