Excellently. Besides the monthly service, William has also fixed openings in my garage so that critters no longer can get in. William and his employees all do a careful and thorough job. They are all very responsive to my needs, and the office staff is very friendly and accommodating, too. I highly recommend this company.

Very efficient monthly service. I also used this company to remove a beehive and to eliminate rodents. William knew just what to do and how to do it... setting traps and sealing entrances to the house. Very satisfied.

I called William Reccia to have a bee hive removed from a tree.  I left a voicemail with his receptionist.  Within minutes, William called me back.  I told him about the hive, and William quoted me a price of $125 to remove it.  He told me that he would be on a neighboring street the next morning, and he could easily swing by and take care of the hive.  William was good to his word - he got rid of the bees for the quoted price.  Now, it is safe to sit on my patio again.

He is great. He is a lovely guy and it is a great service.

I contacted them about 18 months ago with a pest problem in the kitchen as well as looking for routine service.  I was quoted a price for every other month service and the first service (outdoor only) was done promptly.  About 3 days later the bugs in the kitchen were gone (I never got rid of those with my previous pest control company.)  I've had service every other month since then and I'm extremely satisfied.

I looked them up on the list and recommended them to my sister who is very happy with them. She spent about $100 on that service. They were courteous and honest and she was very happy with them.

Really well. I had a very heavy gopher infestation. I set up a service contract with them at a set price. They're coming every 2 weeks for a while, then depending on the situation, we'll reassess my needs and maybe go to once a month. They didn't ask for an annual contract, which was great. I thought, because the per visit charge was quite reasonable, that they might skimp on service, but they did a very thorough job on the first visit. The man that came had incredible knowledge of the structure of gopher burrows, which is apparently quite complex, and where bait placement would or would not be effective. It appears today that he missed a couple of gophers, so I spoke with Mr. Recchia today -- he said he would send someone back for free.

Excellent.

We liked him so much that we stopped using Terminix as our exterminator and Bill comes to exterminate every few months.
