Water Pro Restoration

I had specified in my service request that we were renters in the home, and that we had several items we were trying to salvage and possibly restore. The estimator started talking about demolition and restoration work in the kitchen, so I had to remind him that I was not the homeowner, only the tenant. After surveying the damages and taking pictures for what I presume was a quote/estimate, I was told by the estimator that I would be sent an estimate to the e-mail address on record in about a day. I never heard back from them again. I don't believe I provided incorrect information in my initial request for a quote, but the estimators seemed disappointed that I didn't have a larger scope of work to perform.
