They are an excellent company, very knowledgeable, and as a family company, you get to deal with the same people all the time.
I've gotten all of my major appliances from them now, dishwasher, refrigerator, wall oven and hood/microwave.
There's no doubt that I will go to them when it's time to replace other things as well.

The installer did a great job.  He made a small adjustment to fit the unit into the existing space with no problem, and explained the operation of the unit.
I bought this unit from Waadt Appliance after my old unit died.  They had the best price and the best service of all the appliance stores I contacted.  Waadt has been here in the San Fernando Valley for as long as I can remember.  I have purchased several appliances from them over the years.  They also have an excellent repair service.  I recommend them highly,

We are new to the area and our home needed new appliances-cook-top, hood, dishwasher, washer/dryer. We tried the big box stores, but there was no inventory to look at.
After searching Angie's List, we went to Waadt Appliance. Their showroom is huge and stocked with all price ranges of appliances!
The staff, most especially Leon, was knowledgeable and friendly. He really knew his stuff and we made our purchases with confidence.
Next time, we won't waste time! It's Waadt Appliance all the way!

Really well. The sales people were very helpful and the delivery and installer explained what we would need in the way of plumbing to connect the ice maker.

I went into the store based on the recommendation of a good friend. The
selection of washing machines was limited. The salesman was professional
and helpful. The washing machine that I wanted was extremely
overpriced. The other available brand was not rated well by Consumer
Reports. I departed the store without a machine but with the salesman's
business card should I have future appliance needs.

They had to order a part and once it came in they fixed the issue. They are overall great in service.

Adbul arrived for the appointment on time, was professional and knowledgeable.  He has a very pleasant personality and very good at explaining what needed to be done.  Due to the extensive time he spent with me on the phone prior to the appointment, Adbul had the necessary parts needed for the repair.
Every person I have dealt with at WAADT has gone out of their way to be helpful.  This was the first time I have used them and it will not be the last.  I am in need of a new dryer and because of the service I received from WAADT, I have decided to buy it from them.

Abdul came promptly as scheduled. Diagnosed problem in a few minutes, fixed fridge in a few minutes. He was courteous and professional and explained what he had to do to fix the problem.

Starting emailing with Debra regarding what I was looking for and she informed me she was going to be out of town, that Bill would be able to help me. I emailed them the list of items I wanted and within a day, I had availability and pricing. During the process I changed the configuration on one of the items and Bill informed me he had a new one that was last years model and if I wanted that instead, he could save me $300. When I needed to set up the delivery for a few of the items instead of the entire order. Bill said no problem and didn't charge me.

These guys were great.

 

I have purchased several appliances from WAADT over the years - to include a refrigerator, washer and dryer - so it was a natural choice to return to them when I needed to replace an old cooktop, hood and wall oven.  I arrived at the store and spoke with Cesar, who was very knowledgeable and helped me choose the right appliances to meet the needs and space allotment for my rental property.

Before long, the paperwork was completed, signed and dated with plans for Larry (their installer) to arrive about one week later to install the new appliances and haul away the old ones.

Larry was a pleasure to work with and got the job done efficiently and effectively in a short period of time.
