We were told 2.5 weeks and project turned into 5 weeks, subs we're unlicensed and lack the craftsmanship we were told we would get.  Project manager's desire to save a few bucks overtook his responsibility to deliver a quality job.

This company contacted me in response to an online request I sumbitted looking for flooring companies (it was before I joined Angie's List).  They called me repeatedly to set up an estimate for hardwood flooring.  Every time they called, they asked me the same long list of questions.  When my husband and I made an appointment for them to come out, rearranging our schedules since both of us had to be present for the estimate, they canceled on us 30 minutes before the appointment was supposed to happen.  The next day, they called again to reschedule (which we did) and they cancelled on us in the same manner a second time right at the time of the appointment.  At that time I told them I would  not be doing business with them, but they continued to call me.  In fact they called me several more times and each time I told them to not call me again.  I would never do business with the company after my exchanges with them leading up to the estimate.

The senior field supervisor came out and was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I was most likely going to hire them for the project. However, I never received the email estimate and the emails I sent to them were never responded to. They did such a great job when they came out but I cannot understand why they have been so unresponsive since.
