I signed up for $1,499 for a Ceramic Tile Shower Replacement, Including Labor and Materials deal on Angies list. Ron from Topaz construction came to our property for inspection and said to my brother that he will send a contract to sign. We did not hear from him or received any contract so called again. He said we need to call owner. After few phone calls my brother finally got hold of owner. He  stated that he can not do this job with the price quoted on Angie's list as he has to put $1000 out of his pocket. He stated that Angie"s list forced him to advertise at this low price. He said he will refund the money and suggested to make a deal out of Angie"s list. We wanted to remodel 4 baths for our rental properties if this deal went alright. 
I would like to get full refund. Already lost few hours of my time for nothing.
