Tiptop Restoration came out to our home after a water pipe burst, Because it had been so long before we realized i was worried about potential mold. Priced very high. Overcharged for the work. Delivered two chase lounges that they say were cleaned but obviously they still had water damage and residue and were not adequately cleaned. Tried to charge for cleaning them. We ended up throwing them away.

Tip Top came out immediately. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They dealt with our insurance and made it so we had very little to do ourselves. They cleaned and cataloged everything affected, and even created a database of photographs and items for us. We were very impressed. They found and treated all the mold. We felt the house was safe and clean when they were done.
